HOW TO OVERCOME PESSIMISM PESSIMISM : W hen you look at a bottle half filled with water, you can describe it in two ways.ie. Half full or Half empty. If you describe it as half full, you are an optimist. If you say, it is half empty you are a pessimist. This sample test is a humorous way of measuring your psychological leanings, but there are many more subtle points that need to be understood about too common malady of pessimism.
